Effective 7/23/25, the following Linen policy is in effect:
For Buffet and Reception events in the Oakland Center, Linen-less tables are utilized for all food service tables. Tablecloths for food service tables, guest seating, cocktail, registration, vendor, or any other tables are not included.
For Buffet and Reception events taking place outside the Oakland Center, black 52”x114” tablecloths will be provided. Tablecloths for guest seating, cocktail, registration, vendor, or any other tables are not included.
For plated meals, black 90”x90” linen will be provided at no charge for all guest tables as well as black floor-length linen for any beverage stations, bars, or appetizer stations. If different sizes or colors of linens are requested, the price difference will be charged. Tablecloths for cocktail, registration, vendor, or any other tables are not included.
